“I thank outgoing board members for their contribution and commitment and look forward to working with the new appointees, who bring wide-ranging expertise and experience across government and industry.”
Minister for Finance, Trade, Employment and Training, Ros Bates acknowledged the significant work ahead.
“It’s critical Queensland’s energy GOCs have strong leadership to secure our energy future and deliver for Queensland,” Minister Bates said.
“This will guide our energy corporations through a period of transformation and growth – with a focus on downward pressure on power bills, to help deliver affordable, reliable and sustainable energy for Queenslanders.”
