VICTORIA POLICE
Professional Standards Command detectives have charged a Sergeant following an internal investigation.
The 36-year-old man, from Southern Region, has been charged with one count of unauthorised access of information, Victoria Police said in a statement.
Police say the incident occurred in June 2023, while the member was on duty.
He will appear at court at a later date.
