A NSW Police civilian employee has been charged with access/modify restricted data held in computer.
The charges follow a report made to police in May this year.
“Following investigations, about 10:30am today, the employee – who is attached to Central Metropolitan Region – was issued with a court attendance notice for 13 counts of access/modify restricted data held in computer,” NSW Police said in a statement.
She will appear before Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday 14 August.
The woman has been suspended with pay.
