Queensland Police have charged a woman after she allegedly rammed two police vehicles at West Ipswich on Monday night.
In a statement, Police said that at around 11:20pm, officers were called to a fast-food restaurant on Brisbane Street after a stolen 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer was observed in the car park.
“When officers arrived on scene it is alleged the woman attempted to leave, reversing into one of the police vehicles before accelerating towards a second police vehicle, hitting the front end of the vehicle and coming to a stop,” said Police.
The woman was arrested and taken into custody.

Police say the vehicle was stolen from a Shailer Park address on 27 October. The vehicle was also bearing number plates stolen from a Black BMW hatchback on 6 October.
A 26-year-old Gailes woman has been charged with one count each of damaging emergency vehicle when operating a motor vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, possess tainted property, receiving tainted property, driving without a licence, and using, or permitting use of vehicle for which a number plate attached given granted for another vehicle.
No officers were physically injured during the incident.
