A detective senior constable from the Victoria Police Crime Command has been charged following an internal investigation.
The 36-year-old male officer has been charged with one count of misconduct in public office.
The charge relates to an alleged incident that occurred between 2021 and 2023 while the member was on duty, Victoria Police said in a statement today.
He will appear before a court at a later date.
