Sydney doctor charged with sex offences

NSW Police have charged a 42-year-old doctor with alleged sex-related offences in Sydney’s west.

In a statement, NSW Police said detectives from Auburn Police Area Command last month commenced an investigation into allegations of sexual touching by a doctor against two male patients.

On Sunday 13 April, investigators attended a home in Gunsynd Avenue, Casula and arrested a 42-year-old man.

He was taken to Liverpool Police Station where he was charged with aggravated sexual assault – victim under authority of offender and 13 counts of aggravated sexual touching.

Police will allege that between February 2024 and March 2025, a 45-year-old man was indecently assaulted during multiple consultations at a medical centre in Auburn and a medical centre in Narellan.

It will also be alleged that a 47-year-old man was assaulted during a consultation at a medical centre in Auburn.

The man was refused bail to appear before Liverpool Local Court today.
