The Northern Territory Government has confirmed a State Memorial will be held to honour the former NT Administrator, Ted Egan AO, who passed away earlier this month.
The service will take place on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, at the Alice Springs Convention Centre.
“The Northern Territory Government acknowledges Mr Egan’s distinguished career and his significant contribution to the Northern Territory,” the Government said in a statement.
“Members of the public are welcome to attend the State Memorial to pay their respects.”
