A 49-year-old female staff member from Specialist Operations has been served with a notice to appear for allegedly supplying dangerous drugs.
In a statement, Queensland Police said the member was off duty at the time of the alleged offence.
She has been suspended from the Queensland Police Service and is expected to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on 21 August.
“In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency, and accountability, we have undertaken to inform the public when a member of the Service faces serious allegations of misconduct,” Queensland Police said.
