A 36-year-old male senior constable from the Queensland Police North Coast Region has been charged with drink driving.
“The member has been charged with driving whilst over the high alcohol limit, allegedly committed while off duty,” the Queensland Police Service said in a statement.
“The member has been stood down from the Queensland Police Service and is expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on May 6.”
