An investigation is underway after two NSW Police vehicles collided in Sydney’s south-west overnight.
In a statement issued this morning, NSW Police said officers attached to Camden Police Area Command had been engaged in the pursuit of a driver wanted on warrants at around 7pm on Wednesday, along Remembrance Drive at Bargo; however, terminated due to the manner of driving.
“A short time later, one police vehicle was conducting a U-turn when it was struck by a second police vehicle,” NSW Police confirmed.
“The drivers of both vehicles were taken to Liverpool Hospital for assessment; both have suffered bruising and associated soft tissue injuries.”
Police say the driver of the vehicle involved in the pursuit remains outstanding.
