A 31-year-old NSW Police officer is set to face court over domestic violence related charges.
The male senior constable attached to a command in the South West Metropolitan Region is alleged to have stalked and harassed a woman known to him in December 2025, NSW Police said in a statement.
“In February 2026 the matter was reported to police. Following extensive inquiries a Future Court Attendance Notice was served on Tuesday for the offences of stalk/intimidate intend fear physical etc harm (domestic) and install/use track device to find person no consent (DV),” said NSW Police.
He is due to appear at Picton Local Court on Thursday 11 June.
The officer was off duty at the time of the incidents.
The officer is currently not in the workplace and his employment status is under review, NSW Police confirmed.
