A 46-year-old female senior constable from the Queensland Police Central Region has been charged in relation to alleged stalking behaviour.
In a statement, Queensland Police said the member had been suspended from the Service and charged with stalking.
She is expected to appear in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court tomorrow, 8 October.
“In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, we have undertaken to inform the public when a member of the Service faces serious allegations of misconduct,” Queensland Police said.
“This does not mean that the allegations against the member have been substantiated.”
