From her early career as an engineering officer in the Royal Australian Air Force to executive leadership roles with Boeing and government, she has built a reputation for navigating complexity with clarity, courage and purpose.

As CEO of Seqwater, Emma leads one of Australia’s largest and geographically diverse water utilities, responsible for supplying safe, reliable drinking water to 3.8 million Queenslanders. Her leadership has been tested in one of the state’s most challenging operating environments, including guiding the organisation through the response to Cyclone Alfred.
